How to Balance HCl + Ba(OH)2 = BaCl2 + H2O (Hydrochloric Acid plus Barium Hydroxide)

In this video we'll balance the HCl + Ba(OH)2 = BaCl2 + H2O and provide the correct coefficients for each compound. To balance HCl + Ba(OH)2 = BaCl2 + H2O you'll need to watch out for two things. First, be sure to count all of H atoms on each side of the chemical equation. Once you know how many of each type of atom you have you can only change the coefficients (the numbers in front of atoms or compounds) to balance the equation. When you balance the equation, it is often easier leave the Oxygen atoms until last.
