Recently we've been hearing a lot about the Tabata protocol. If you haven't heard of it, it's a type of high intensity interval training similar to the HIIT programs you are probably already familiar with. We wanted to try it out for ourselves with one of our Rope Trainers and we recorded the results.
The protocol consists of a 5 minute warm-up, 8 intervals of high intensity workout for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest, and a 2 minute cool-down (we did 3 minutes).
