Squeak or noise coming from the front end (higher during turns or going over the bumps) can be due to a dry or dirty strut coil bearing. It sounds horrible but the fix is really easy. Take the wheel off, and spray WD-40 generously at the top (and bottom) of the strut coils. Strut bearing is at the very top of the strut coil and may need extra spray for the lubricant to penetrate through the thin opening of the seal. Do it on both ends. Note, this repair is not for brake squeaks which usually changes if the brake pedal is pressed.

If you are able to understand this video, you are probably smart enough to do the adjustment. Deliberately not explaining enough as this adjustment needs some technical understanding and not for the simplest. If your Honda power steering feels either too tight or too loose then watch this video. Make sure the tie rod ends and lower ball joints are good. Video shows the location of the power steering stiffness adjuster in Honda vehicles like Pilot, Odyssey, CRV, Accord, Civic, Ridgeline, etc. Loosen the lock nut around the piston adjuster located at the center back of steering rack and pinion. Then use a ratchet to either loosen the center piston if your steering feels too tight OR tighten the center piston if your steering feels too soft or have too much play. 55 to 60 seconds of video shows the adjuster. Only ratchet and an adjustable wrench needed. Once happy with the adjustment, tighter the outer lock nut. This can be completed without jacking the vehicle or removing the wheel. Turn the wheel right to gain access. Good luck and work safe.
