this is my second try for my second project in principles of 2D animation, animating a waving flag. I observed various flags downtown, as well as videos of flags, then I made up my own movements from my imagination, keeping in mind animation principles such as slow in and slow out, appeal, and arcs. and making sure it did not defy gravity, which i fixed in this video on its descending.
