Points to remember:
---Keep the face pointing directly down with neck straight. Be careful to not bend the neck before or after breathing.
---Rotate your entire body together in one movement without affecting the head. Rotate everything from shoulders down to toes, but don't over-rotate the shoulders; rotation is primarily powered by the hips, not the shoulders.
---Begin the pull with a high-elbow catch. Make sure fingertips point mostly downward and DON'T cross over. Once you've anchored your catch, use your hip rotation to help your pull.
---Maintain 6-beat kick (3 kicks to 1 pull).
