Here we are making one of the LE limited edition kits from Winexpert, and I'm hopefully showing you just how easy they are to make! They take no time at all, and are a sure way to make delicious wines at home from international ingredients. The premium kits have more juice in them, and this kit included grape skins which help give more flavor and body to this red wine. Hopefully you learn a thing or two, or maybe even want to go to http://www.BIYHomebrewSupply.com and pick one up for yourself! Cheers!

Please check out my website: https://www.smartwinemaking.com/ for more detailed winemaking information Here is a brief video on sweetening homemade wine without popping off or blowing off the corks. The key is to remove as much yeast as possible and prevent any remaining yeasts from multiplying using potassium sorbate. This is very simple and something that any home winemaker can do but without some basic steps, you will end up with a huge mess and an unintentionally carbonated or sparkling wine.
To learn more about winemaking, check out my website. https://www.smartwinemaking.com/ In this video, I took a Wine Lovers Merlot kit and managed to make a full bodied wine with lots of character. This is relatively easy to do but requires you to deviate from the instructions and add a few ingredients that are not supplied from the kit. Most of what I added are things that you will want to have laying around if you plan to make more wine in the future. Additionally, I concentrated the kit from 6 gallons to 5 gallons and made some acid adjustments to compensate for the change.
