Music by: Dizaro - To U Honda is in Geneva, among other things, introduced the concept Neuve and its name is an abbreviation of "New Urban Electric Vehicle". This is his European debut, has had its world premiere at CES in Las Vegas earlier this year. It is a city car (study) that is designed to take advantage of the fact that the vehicles are privately owned about 96 percent of their time in standby mode. Honda sees this as an opportunity because this car has the capabilities of automated driving on the "ridesharing" principle when it is not driving his own. NeuV has an artificially intelligent assistant that uses the "emotion engine" and called HANA (Honda Automated Network Assistant). He (or rather, she) learns of the driver, by detecting the emotion behind their decisions and can then apply the lessons learned to suggest new features and recommendations. Other interesting features in this study are "lifts" doors that provide easier access to the cabin, the panoramic windscreen, Kick'n'Go electric scooter concept, which is located in the cargo area behind the only two seats in the car, which is designed as a means of transport remaining time route driver.

The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is underway and Honda just unveiled the NeuV Concept, which is a compact car that will make you money. This EV is described as a North American take on the kei car, basically, a small and efficient car for the city. The little car has a wild design that is mostly made up of a plexiglass material rather than the usual sheetmetal. The entire side sections of the car are doors that pivot out of the way for easy access while maintaining a small size. Those windows and doors are also underlit so that when the car is off, they reflect everything around it in order to blend into the environment. This EV is designed with the idea that a car can make a driver some extra money while they're not using it. Honda envisions a ride sharing program where the car can autonomously pick up people needing a ride, earning the owner some extra money in the process. Furthermore, using a wireless charging system, it can sell excess electricity back to the grid, which would also help make some money for the owner. Honda’s NeuV is a mini electric concept car with emotional intelligence Honda is another carmaker focused on supplementing the driving experience with an emotional, AI-based component. The NeuV, Honda’s latest concept which it unveiled at CES on Thursday, is a city-friendly lightweight electric car that has Honda’s Automated Network Assistant (HANA), built with SoftBank, on board to help personalize the driving experience. Through HANA, the car becomes aware of a driver’s emotions and moods, and can support driving choices as well as suggest media do other infotainment options. Hana is at the center of NeuV, explains Nick Renner, a designer at LA-based Honda Advanced Design where the concept was created over the course of the past 18 months. The AI assistant occupied the car in many ways, but a driver’s primary interaction with it will be via a huge touchscreen that replaces the instrument panel entirely. It’s visible to the driver through the steering wheel, too, so that they can get contextual information at a glance easily, basically no matter where they’re looking. “The actual design is inspired by a grand piano in the room,” Renner said in an interview. “Everything else is very simple, very understated, but there’s kind of this celebration of the technology in the center.” NeuV is just a concept, Honda stresses, and there’s no sense of whether it’s intended for production or when. The car has a lot of tech that Honda is working on for production vehicles and likely eventual deployment, but for now it’s just a glimpse at what could be, given the state of advances in AI and other transportation tech.
