Try Neonce for free today: https://neonce.com Full Transcript: Creativity can be elusive. Neonce helps everyone create brilliant ideas using proven scientific techniques. Neonce is a three stage process. You create ideas individually, share them with your team and develop them, then vote on them. Everything is anonymous and designed to get your team together and have more and better ideas. Let me show you how. This is your home page. You can access it once you’ve signed up. To access a workshop, click on it. To create an idea, click on the screen. Type a sentence or two, then press enter or click outside to save your idea. To edit the idea, click on it again. To add more detail, click on the ‘+’ icon. You can edit the title, add some detail and change the colour of the card. Click ‘save’. You can view the detail by clicking on the symbol of four lines at the bottom of the card. The ideas you create now are private. The aim in this phase is to freely create a lot of ideas, you will select the best to share with others later on. You can move cards by clicking and holding as you drag them. You can zoom in and out using the zoom icon and pan by clicking and holding on an empty part of the screen. You can chat anonymously with the other participants by clicking on the chat icon. Type your message and press enter to send. Close the chat box by clicking on the icon. If you are stuck for ideas, you can click on 'inspire'. You can change the word and continue when your happy. This is a tool to get your brain moving. It produces a random word which you then freely associate with other words. When you relate it back to the problem question, it helps you think of related concepts and new ideas. Write words you associate with the starting word by clicking and typing. You will have two minutes. You can have more time, or continue. Now you think of the relationship between the starting word, an association and your problem question and write down any new ideas that pop up. You can close the tab and your associations will be saved. You can find out how much time you have left, by clicking on thte phase marker. When you’re happy with your ideas, click the ‘promote’ tab. You can drag the ideas which show most potential into the empty spaces. A crown icon will appear on ideas you have selected to share. If you change your mind, you can remove ideas, and replace them with other ones. When you have filled all the slots, you can press ‘share’. You are now in the next phase, elevate. All the ideas people have chosen to share are in the shared deck. Drag the ones you want to work with onto the board. You can edit them, and create new ideas. Now it’s the time to develop the ideas. You can cluster ideas togethers to help you understand the common themes. It be be useful to colour code ideas. When you are happy with your ideas, click the ‘promote’ tab and you can drag them into the empty spaces as before and press ‘share’. You are now in the select phase. All the ideas people have chosen to share are on the board. You cannot edit them or create new ideas but you can view the detail. Choose which ideas you want to vote for and drag them onto an empty slot. The top idea will get the maximum amount of points, in this case 3, and the lowest will get just one. Press ‘vote’ when you’re ready. You can now see the results, ranked by total score, number of votes and whether it was the anyone's favourite idea. That’s it! Neonce is a digital brainstorming application. Try it for free today: https://neonce.com. Full Transcript: Neonce is a digital brainstorming application. It’s a way to bring your team together to solve problems. You can do it from anywhere in the world. You set the problem statement, and invite people by email. At first, everybody thinks of ideas individually. Research strongly shows that if you think of ideas individually and then share you produce MORE and BETTER ideas than brainstorming in a group. Once you’ve shared, you can see everyone’s ideas - they’re anonymous though! The magic happens when you make connections and have new ideas. You then share the developed ideas. To finish you rank the ideas 3, 2, 1. Neonce finishes with clearly ranked page of results. Everyone is creative. We give you and your team an easy way to access it everyday.

*Why And How Do I Create Music?* Creativity, Vision, Patterns, Rythm and an open mind is what I use when I create my music. I create from my own sound, my own Melodic Patterns and Chords that appears to me through the Creativity of Creating and Testing in every possible way that I may think of. I create, from both nothing and inspiration of others. When I create music I focus first and foremost on how the melody and it's pattern sounds to me and if I find it good but also somewhat unique. While that's my main focus and partly my goal it is not my final goal, my "real" goal is to create something that other human beings can honestly and openly enjoy and will enjoy when I put it out there for the public to hear. I want you to see life and its entire meaning in a different way after listening to my music and I want you to feel goosebumps, love and euphoria while you listen to what I spent sometimes months and even up to a year to create. I take inspiration from a variety of different artists like Armin Van Buuren, Paul Van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, Ali & Fila, Brian Transeau aka BT, Grimes, Selena Gomez, Marcus Schossow, Gareth Emery, and many others I can't remember the name of at the moment of writing this. I do not steal or even attempt to steal what other artists have made, while I have to admit I do attempt to create something similar when I hear something I fall in love with but never does that end up on a finished product unless it transforms from the part of "recreating" to similar and unique. In other words, if I use something that was inspired by another artist it will end up sounding completely different unless I state otherwise. Around 99% of what you hear on my channel is ( depending on how you look at it ) created by me and me alone. I very rarely use samples and if I do they are tweaked and mixed beyond recognizable. I use basically only one software when I create music, Ableton Live. *What Do I Think Of Other Artists And Music In General* I prefer to hear a good melody and a unique approach to the creation of a song/track before approaching its overall producing quality. To me, a song/track and its "Peaks" or "best moments" are of more interests than its "overall quality", not that I don't take that into my consideration as well when speaking of good music. I consider music as well as movies and other subjects in art and creativity to be in a very weird but also somewhat "bad" state, people and companies with interests in money only is promoting and directing bad and overrated productions made with little skill and creativity and mainly samples or overused sound, ideas, melodies and chords among many other things are the main focus in mainstream music today. A lot of good producers that make breathtaking music are barely known or recognized today while other artists and producers are stealing what others have done while taking both the credit and the money. IMO, it should be as simple as good music should be promoted while bad music should not. Ofc the difference in taste and understanding comes into a major part of it but that doesn't mean it's the reason a lot of good producers doesn't get what they deserve while those who do not deserve what they get is as common as it can be. The meaning behind words alone do not make music, the proper use of sound is what makes music. SoundRise / Oliver Norberg
