Could your body endure deep space? These test subjects are about to find out. For the next 60 days, a group of people will be on intense bed rest, with their beds tilted back six degrees at all times to make blood and fluids move to the head. The test, which is being conducted by the European Space Agency, simulates the changes astronauts encounter in space. It's not as easy as it sounds, as space agencies have been conducting bed rest studies for years. This time, the European Space Agency is testing a new nutrition formula — a vitamin and antioxidant "super-cocktail" — to see if it combats muscle deterioration and bone weakening. The group will undergo rehab afterwards in the same fashion astronauts do, in order to help them readjust to normal, "upright" life again. One scientist has reversed the age of mice using a precursor to NAD, which is found in humans as well. Can we reverse aging in humans? Are there any ongoing studies? Do any animals live outstandingly long? Could we live longer than we do now? I answer all of these questions and more in this video. My interest in NAD and age reversal started when I started reading work by David Sinclair. Here is a talk of his you might also want to watch. https://youtu.be/hgQM9l8RWCw
