http://weldmongerstore.com/ http://www.weldingtipsandtricks.com/mig-welding-co2.html mig welding with co2 gas. why? because i was running out of 90/10 argon/co2 while doing some pulse mig spray. Switched over to co2 gas for the non critical welds. using co2 gas requires different settings for voltage. Higher voltage settings are needed than for mix gas like c25.
http://www.weldingtipsandtricks.com/mig-welding-pulse.html http://weldmongerstore.com/ Using a Lincoln Mig Welder (powermig 350mp) to do some pulse spray mig welding on heavy steel. Wall thickness on the square tubing is 3/8" or about 10mm. Some of the plates are 1 inch thick on the end used as counterbalance weights . Lots of tee joint welds, and also some flare bevel welds where the rolled edge of the tubing joints a flat surface. Learning the effects of the trim setting when using pulse mig.

http://weldmongerstore.com/ Why would someone want a 3 in 1 welder that wont tig weld aluminum? It helps to think about these multiprocess mig/tig/stick welders as a mig welder that can also tig weld thin stainless and stick weld too.

Improper wire feeding can lead to many problems when wire welding. Dennis Klingman shows you how to properly load wire into a POWER MIG® 180 Dual for smooth feeding. For more information on our MIG machines, go to http://www.lincolnelectric.com/en-us/equipment/mig-Welders/Pages/mig-welders.aspx
To order a Tig Finger, go to http://weldmongerstore.com/ for more detailed info go to http://www.weldingtipsandtricks.com/6g-weld-test-ua41.html The UA-41 pipe welding test is 2 inch schedule 80 carbon steel pipe welded using 309 stainless filler rod. The reason it is a common test is that In some cases, it qualifies a welder to weld both stainless and carbon steel within certain limitations. So it makes sense for a contractor to get the most value out of one single welding certification test.
