A-MAZE-N 5X8 Pellet Tray Review on a Rec Tec Smoker
http://www.waltonsinc.com/a-maze-n-pellet-smoker?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=description&utm_campaign=A-Maze-N-Pellet-Smoker The A-MAZE-N-TUBE SMOKER was designed to burn pellets and supplement smoke at higher temps, in Pellet Grills/Smokers. This is where most pellet grills/smokers do not produce much smoke. The A-MAZE-N-TUBE SMOKER adds additional smoke at cooking temps, regardless if your pellet grill/smoker is burning pellets or not. Simply fill with wood pellets, light one end with a propane torch and allow to smolder, then place inside the grill/smoker/etc. to begin using.

New Masterbuilt 40" Electric Smoker (model 20073012) using the A-Maze-N pellet smoker.
I’ve just bought this A-MAZE-N tube pellets smoke-generator and doing a testrun.. I’m coldsmoking a salmon (again).. The one thing I’ve noticed is that the A-MAZE-N tube generate more heat than the Weber coldsmoke-generator so I had to move the salmon from the kettlegrill and over to my WSM so I could keep the temperature low enough.. The temp outside was 5-7C (41-44.6 F) and the temp inside my kettle was almost at 40 C/104F.. That made me change to my WSM to finish up the coldsmoking in that. So my experience and advice would be to have a large enough kettle/grill/smoker if you are gonna use this A-MAZE-N tube.. The salmon ended up just excellent.. I’ll do a A-MAZE-N tube vs Weber coldsmoke-generator later.. http://www.amazenproducts.com/ Thanks for watching!
Get your Pellet Maze here: http://amzn.to/2fi94zb And micro flame Torch here: http://amzn.to/2fi7g9m This was really fun, smoking cheese was so easy! I used a little rack called a pellet maze, filled with apple wood pellets. In order to keep the cheese from melting in an normal smoker, I used this mellow smoking maze to smolder the applewood pellets for about 4 hours. The blocks of cheese came out super smokey and delicious. This was done under the grill cover, without firing up the grill. You could also use your smoker. Very awesome to make your own!. I used horseradish cheese, pepper jack cheese, and several types of extra sharp cheddar. YUM! Bernzomatic micro torch also made light up of the pellets very simple.
