Minister for the Environment and Water Resources Masagos Zulkifli speaking at the Committee of Supply Debate on 6 March 2018. He stressed that the responsibility of tackling climate change and reducing Singapore’s carbon footprint falls on everyone, not just the Government. Using water as an example, he explained that, though the Government is currently taking long-term steps to ensure a resilient water supply, Singaporeans and businesses too can play a part by conserving water in their daily activities.
