Martin Broen Vice President of Global Product Design and Design Innovation, PepsiCo Passionate about design-driven innovation, Martin Broen is the vice president of global product design and design innovation at PepsiCo’s design center in New York. In this role, he defines design strategies and collaborates with the business and R&D leaders to evolve a design-led, consumer-centric approach to product innovation and growth. Before joining PepsiCo in 2013, Broen founded Seventh Sense, an Italian-based design and innovation consultancy, and worked at Design Continuum Milan. He has developed solutions and created meaningful experiences for top companies in various different industries, including 3M, Luxottica, AEG, Motorola, HP, Koziol, Allsteel, and Electrolux. He holds more than 70 patents and more than 50 international design awards, including Red Dot, IF, Good Design, IDSA, Edison, Green Good Design, How, and A’Design, among others.
