Scrub them together and let them soak for 30 minutes then rinse them off thoroughly. Chop up 1 onion, 3 bell peppers(multi-colored) 1 tomato, scallions, and 2 stalks of celery into very small pieces. Place oxtails in a mixing bowl Add 2-3 tbs of browning & seasoning sauce, 2 tbs of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbs of ketchup and 1 tbs of minced garlic Massage oxtails in those ingredients Season with 2 tbs of seasoning salt, 1 tbs of ground Jamaican all spice, 1 tsp of garlic and onion powder, and 1 tsp of black pepper. Add chopped peppers, onions, scallions, and celery to the bowl of seasoning oxtails Let them sit overnight The next day place a pan over medium high heat Add about 3 tbs of oil to hot pot Add your oxtails and vegetables allow them to fry for 10-15 minutes. Add beef broth of water or both and fill the pot of to the top Cover with a top and allow the oxtails to simmer for 4 hours Stir every 20 minutes Chop up some tomatoes and add the butter beans and tomatoes within the last 10 minutes of cooking time And that's how to make Jamaican style oxtails
