Will you give us a little background or maybe in HARP 2. Scott: Let's do it. Host: Okay. Scott: Okay. So Host: Energy stop. Energy. Scott: So HARP 2 is the Home Affordable Refinance Program. Host: I heard that. Scott: All right. I've got to get into, I've got to get into mode here. Host: You can do it. Scott: So okay. So Home Affordable Refinance Program it was actually just extended. I, it's curious that they just extended it and because it seem like it was extended in. They extended it in the time when it seems like almost everybody who's taking advantage of it, they qualifies as already taken advantage of them. Basically, what it is, is if your loan is own by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac and you own more than what your home is worth and you're making your payments at that time, you can refinance to take advantage of today's rates. And the sort of the purpose of the program was to go from a 6 or 5 percent interest rate go down to a 3 percent interest rate but continue to make the same payment as you were making so you can accelerate your equity, your equity growths by continuing to make your payments and just so that you can get above water faster than if you were locked into these higher interest rates. So the problem with this program is this it only loans at our own Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Host: Which is how many water send into the loans? Scott: Oh, man. Host: Basic I'm not into... Scott: I don't know, I don't know.. Host: Give me a guess. Scott: I couldn't even guess Host: Well give...these statistics are made up anyways so...
