The passenger states, "We were pulled over for speeding in Carson City Nevada and when the driver didn't roll her window down all the way the officer stuck his arm in unlocked it and yanked her out of the car handcuffed her and arrested her. Then when I tried to video the incident the other officer grabbed me handcuffed me and took me to jail for obstruction also. Where we had to spend two days in jail they took all of our money we had to get lawyers bond out for 5000 for me and 7500 for the driver. http://brutal-police.com/ World riots & Police brutality youtube channel has been created to counter police misconduct in our everyday lives. Carson City Sheriff deputy Brett Bindley serves as a shining example of the level of integrity of his department and Nevada law enforcement, with the help of Sparks assistant city attorney Rosie Arango. Audio recording of a trial of a man accused of not consenting to a search of his vehicle at a police roadblock. Includes text from the court transcript. The police witnesses and prosecutor think the cops have stolen the victim's only camera and there was only audio of the incident. In fact there were multiple video and audio recordings, including from inside the victim's vehicle. The police even made their own video, which the prosecution failed to give the defense in discovery. Watch the police video and see how it contradicts this officer's sworn testimony. Watch the retrial video and see this officer change his story after the other videos became public.
