I'm a huge fan of Björk and Medúlla is one of my favorite albums of her. Sadly she never did a tour for it because she tougth the songs would not sound good live on stage. So I decided to do this fanmade live album of what I would have liked the Medúlla Tour to be like! I used promotional TV performances from the album, performances from her Greatest Hits Tour one year before the release of the album and only one performance from her Biophilia Tour. I hope you guys enjoy! SETLIST 01. Hunter (00:00) 02. Pleasure Is All Mine (04:16) 03. Show Me Forgivness (07:25) 04. Desired Constelattion (08:44) 05. Vökuro (13:16) 06. Mouth's Cradle (16:45) 07. Album : Debut. Although, contrary to popular belief, the baby gurgles heard at the beginning of this song are not of Sindri, they are certainly inspired by him. With its burbling synths and new-agey sighs, "One Day" is a hope-filled lullaby delivered from mother to son, a product of the encircling haze of Bjork's maternal daydream. Containing a first line that sounds like it's being sung through a grin, "One Day" spills over with forlorn anticipation and unbridled excitement. Bjork's assured forecast of what life has in store for Sindri speaks to her liberal parenting philosophy; her willingness to image adult success for her six-year-old echoes the autonomy she too was granted at an early age. The stock library baby noises heard at the beginning aren't the only samples in "One Day"; a small portion nipped from the tail end of the Fatback Band's "Put Your Love in My Tender Care" can be Heard looping at roughly the 1:47 mark.
