A beautiful and moving performance from the July 2016 Andre Rieu series of concerts at the Vrijthof, in Maastricht. Filmed in HD.
Filmed in HD over three nights, this video documents events from the Vrijthof reopening at 6.30pm to the start of the concert at 9pm. You'll recognise many familiar faces!
The Beer Barrel Polka - a fun piece from the 2016 Maastricht concert which gets everyone up and dancing.
A 1080 Video for HD Full Screen viewing. Part 1 is the first of three Andre Rieu Maastricht Concert 2013 videos I will be uploading to YouTube. This video records events leading up to the start of the Concert on July 13th, with some close-up footage of Andre and many individual members of the Orchestra. Some footage was shot from inside the auditorium the previous evening.
Wholly shot from the terraces surrounding the Vrijthof, so the sound is less than perfect as it came from nearby speakers. Nevertheless, wonderful to see concertgoers and participants - many in wheelchairs - derive so much pleasure from waltzing to Libiamo. Nice ending too.
Filmed over 3 nights at the Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht, July 2016 , this video features the appearance of guest star, Lou Bega. He performed two songs: Mambo No. 5" and Tutti Frutti and really wowed the audience!
A 1080 HD Video. Part 3 is the final of three Andre Rieu Maastricht Concert 2013 videos I've uploaded to YouTube. This video records highlights from the later part of the concert, after the wine has flowed freely all evening, the concert-goers have long since lost their inhibitions and everyone has a fun time.
An old favourite played oh-so-romantically at Andre's 2016 concert in Maastricht.
The Blue Danube by Johann Strauss is an iconic waltz and one of André's signature pieces. André maintains that this waltz is guaranteed to get people off their seats and dancing. This video proves him right! Filmed over 4 nights in the Vrijthof.
A 1080 HD Video. Part 2 is the second of three Andre Rieu Maastricht Concert 2013 videos I've uploaded to YouTube. This video records personal highlights from the early part of the concert and, uniquely for YouTube uploads, incorporates footage shot in the restaurant areas outside the auditorium. The wine flowed freely that night, and as can be seen, concert-goers soon cast off their inhibitions.
