Sparkling wine goes with everything. So, find out if we like this sparkling cremant d'Alsace. It's a pinot noir sparkler, so find out if we like it.
Kyle's long lost cousin's pink fizz. OK, kidding. But it's really good!
Here is a new tasting video… The short episode of the Crémant d'Alsace tasting… Bubbles, fruits, everything to enjoy !! Thanks to the wonderful Alsace region ! Cheers
I am off to the award winning restaurant, The Patio on Goldfinch, to meet with The Patio Group's Corporate Wine Buyer, Sheila Tracy, and San Diego's favorite wine curator and blogger Aaron Epstein, aka the Wine Dad. A staple on The Patio's wine list is the Lucien Albrecht Cremant d'Alsace Brut Rosé; a sparkling wine made in the same manner as Champagne with 100% Pinot Noir.
Sa méthode traditionnelle lui apporte une délicate effervescence. Le Crémant d'Alsace constitue un apéritif raffiné et idéal pour les cocktails, les réceptions ou tout au long d´un repas. Mike from Renaissance Wines in Orenco Station has been a good friend of ours through out our wine journey. We decided to do a show at his shop to showcase some interesting sparkling wines, and to give him a chance to share his thoughts with you guys as well. We taste 3 cremants; #1: Jaillance Crémant de Bordeaux Cuvée de l'Abbaye, #2: Langlois Château Crémant de Loire Brut, and #3: Lucien Albrecht Crémant d'Alsace Brut Rosé. Note: This was shot during business hours, so the sound is quite poor. Friends were excited to see this video, so we've posted it even with these problems. Thanks for your patience while we work with cheap equipment and learn how to use it better.
Here are our recommendations for Thanksgiving. If you're bringing the wine, you'll want to watch!
